About Delpech
Built on understanding the work, not just the market.
Delpech was founded by Oliver Hunter, who worked on the delivery side of change programmes before moving into recruitment. That background shapes how Delpech operates - in the questions we ask, the people we look for, and the way we represent both clients and candidates.
We work exclusively in Change and Transformation. Depth in a single discipline produces better outcomes than breadth across many.

How are we different?
We reference properly. Before we put someone forward, we verify their recent work history - typically 3 to 5 years. It's always handled with care and with the candidate's consent.
Our involvement doesn't stop at the offer. We stay in touch with both the client and candidate through the early weeks. On interim engagements we keep the working practices under review.
And our fees are structured around the success of the placement: we are as invested in it working as our clients and candidates.

Why exclusively Change and Transformation?
Change and Transformation is a distinct discipline - finding the right person requires genuine understanding of how that work operates in practice. A specialist approach produces better outcomes, and the way we work reflects that.

Are you a member of any professional bodies?
Yes. Delpech is a corporate member of the REC (Recruitment & Employment Confederation), which sets the professional and ethical standards for the UK recruitment industry. We operate in accordance with the REC Code of Professional Practice.
