We work with consultancies and organisations that need permanent or interim professionals in Change and Transformation. We spend time understanding the brief properly before we approach anyone, and we introduce a small, considered shortlist with a clear rationale for each person.


Our three-stage assessment means we can move at pace. It's completed before we introduce anyone, so you receive a distilled list of strong individuals for you to decide on. You won't receive a volume of CVs. You'll receive the right ones.

2.  Psychometric profile: among the strongest available predictors of performance

3.  Case study: a real scenario showing how they think and communicate

Salary benchmarking

We offer a free compensation diagnostic as part of every engagement - covering benchmark rates, bonus structure, benefits, and flexible arrangements. This ensures the brief is well-calibrated before the search begins.

Interim engagements inside and outside IR35 

We place interim professionals both inside and outside IR35, managing compliance and structure end-to-end: status determination, specialist compliance tools, and supply chain insurance cover. We can also support your own IR35 determination where needed.

Our involvement doesn't end when the contract starts. For engagements outside IR35, if the working practices start to shift, we work with you and the contractor to realign them and get the position reviewed. The aim is a role that holds up as genuinely outside IR35.
